Code of Conduct
We strive to create an organizational culture where employees feel safe, respected, and supported. Our taproom is also designed to be an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome. Discrimination and harassment will not be tolerated. If any employee or member of the public observes or experiences any discrimination or harassment of any kind they are asked to report it to a senior staff member immediately.
