We have been looking forward to this Nectaron DIPA series for a long time! These IPAs are milky-hazy, with low bitterness, and big tropical flavours. Each of the four features all New Zealand hops, with Nectaron as a cornerstone.
Ridgeline features a big dry-hop of Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief, and Nectaron. It offers a big, classic Nelson Sauvin profile of white wine and stonefruits, combined with notes of pineapple and peach.
