Second Shift Pale Ale

5.5% ABV, 355 ml can

We've had so many inspiring pale ales over the years. It's a style that many breweries have perfected and, when done well, it can hit that sweet spot of just enough ABV paired with bright juicy hops, that you can drink them all afternoon. Second Shift was dosed with Azacca and Citra hops throughout the whirlpool and finished with a hefty dry hop post-fermentation. Both of these hops contribute a nice citrus-forward aroma and flavour, but the Azacca hops add a touch of mango, tropical fruits, and a bit of pine.
