We treated this classic saison with an addition of raspberry and cranberry. Bottle conditioned for natural carbonation, it has a nice effervescence and beautiful aromatics, with notes of lemon, white pepper, a bit of clove, and a slash of fruit. The flavour profile is both fruity and spicy with a dry finish. Overall, this saison is crisp and flavourful, with just enough of a rustic edge to drink as a true farmhouse ale.
