Brewed in collaboration with Toronto Brewing (https://torontobrewing.ca/), this special release pilsner is brewed in the German tradition, but hopped exclusively with North American hops. We used Mosaic and Loral to create a pilsner with a bright, fruity character, with light bitterness.
