Inspired by a recent collaboration we made with our friends at Le Ketch - a leading Quebec brewery 7 or 8 hours up the St Lawrence river from Kingston - this DIPA is smooth and balanced.
Up the River was brewed with a touch of honey, and finished with three all-star hops from New Zealand: Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka subzero hop kief from Freestyle Hops. Expect big, delicious tropical, citrus flavours.
