On the heels of our recent collaboration with Wood Brothers Brewing, in which we tried out some new hop products, we were also inspired to try our first small batch of hop water. H(op)2O was made with sabro cryo, and finished with a light carbonation. Expect light, floral notes. The opposite end of the spectrum from some of our recent DIPAs, and TIPAs, we're excited to see where our exploration of 0% ABV, 0 calorie hop waters takes us in the future.
